This mushroom quiche takes very little effort and looks and tastes delicious! you can also make these in mini pie crusts and serve individually

INGREDIENTS













  • 1 Tbsp oil










  • 3 medium onions, chopped










  • 1 can of mushrooms










  • 3 eggs










  • 1 cube of mushroom soup mix










  • 1 pie crust










  1. Saute onions in oil unitl translucent



  2. Add mushrooms and saute for 5 more minutes



  3. remove pan from fire and mix in eggs and mushroom soup mix



  4. pour in to pie crust and bake on 350 for about 45 minutes or until golden

I made this for Shabbos and sent some to my mother to server the guest she was having, with instructions that i wanted the leftovers... there weren't any. Simple and good, especially if you like sauted onions and mushrooms...

I made this for yomtov. Most of it was eaten on erev yomtov. I will definitely make this again as it it used basic ingredients and super easy. I made it with fresh mushrooms and just sauteed for longer.
