  • 1 OPT: DROP FOOD COLORING










  1. THIS RECIPE IS FOR BOTH THE OUTLINING (CALLED STIFF) AND THE INNER ICING (CALLED FLOOD). STIFF: WITH WHIP ATTACHMENT IN MIXER, MIX SUGAR & MERINGUE ON LOW SPEED FOR 20 SECONDS. ADD CONF SUGAR & EXTRACT, MIX ON LOW FOR 1O MINUTES TILL SMOOTH. & SHINY WHITE. (KEEP COVERED WITH SARAN WRAP).



  2. FLOOD: ADD WATER DROP BY DROP. DON'T LET MIXTURE BECOME RUNNY, BEAT UNTIL MIXTURE HOLDS TRAIL FOR 5 MINUTES ON SURFACE AFTER LIFTING BEATERS UP. KEEP COVERED.



  3. OPT: ADD FOOD COLORING FOR DIFFERENT COLORS. USE PIPING BAG TO DECORATE. ADD OPTIONAL CRYSTAL SUGAR DESIGN. ALLOW ICING TO DRY ROOM TEMP FOR 48 HOURS.
