INGREDIENTS













  • 2 onions










  • 1 number 5 or number 2 roast










  • ¾ cup ketchup










  • ¾ cup brown sugar










  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce










  1. Slice onions into thin strips and sautee.



  2. mix ketchup,brown sugar and soy sauce. Add to onions.



  3. Pour onion mixture over roast. Cover well.Place in over on 125 c overnight. Slice.
    It may be difficult to get nice slices becuase it falls apart. You can bake halfway, slice and then put back in oven.
