INGREDIENTS

  • 2 chocolate tofutti cuties

  • 3 vanilla tofutti cuties

  1. Open the wrappers of the Tofutti Cuties.

  2. Cut them in half lengthwise.

  3. Place on a tray a vanilla, then chocolate, then vanilla next to each other.

  4. On top of the chocolate piece, place a vanilla piece.
On top of the vanilla pieces place chocolate pieces.

  5. Repeat step 4.

  6. Cover in saran wrap.

  7. Using your hands, press the sides together so that the parts form into each other.

  8. Freeze.

  9. To make enough for a larger crowd, just repeat the steps at the end of it to form a longer log.

  10. Optional: Melt chocolate and pour over. Decorate with chopped nutty chews or viennese crunch or sprinkles.

I just made this dessert for a sheva brachos & served it in individual slices. It was a hit! Tasted great and was so so easy to make! I'm glad I found this recipe!

This is definitely one of the easiest desserts to make. In my house, we spread chocolate cream over the entire log (as icing). It gives the cake a finished look, and helps hold it together. Bon Appetit!
