INGREDIENTS













  • 4 chicken bottoms, thighs and legs separated










  • ¾ cup honey










  • ¼ cup soy sauce










  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder










  • ½ tsp coarse black pepper










  1. Wash and dry chicken pieces. Arrange in a 9x13 pan.



  2. Combine honey, soy sauce, garlic powder and black pepper; mix well. Pour over chicken pieces.



  3. Bake uncovered, in oven preheated to 375, for 1 hour, until chicken is browned and crisp.
