The quickest, delicious penne ala vodka. I finished the entire pot. You can freeze the sauce too.
1 lb Penne pasta
1½ Tbsp Olive oil
5 Cubes frozen garlic
1 (32 oz) Vodka pasta sauce
16 oz Heavy cream
1 (3½ oz) Container parmesan cheese
Cook and drain pasta according to box directions.
Sauté the oil and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the vodka sauce, Parmesan and heavy cream. Bring to a boil.
Add in the pasta and warm it together.
