This is an delicious Parve Mousse cake thats easy to make and requires no flour!
2 bars Torino Choclate
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 stick margarine
Melt Chocoalte with margarine
Separate the eggs, beat to snow with 1/2 cup sugar.
In a seperate bowl, beat egg yolks with the rest of sugar. mix in the chocolate mixture add vanilla, fold in snow.
Remove 2 cups of mixture and refrigerate.
Put rest of mixture into a 10 inch high round pan, bake on 350 for 15-25 minutes.
Cool off, put the refrigerated mixture on top, freeze and top with whip. optional- garnish with grated chocolate.
