
When I ate this meat on yom tov at my sister in laws house I thought it was some fancy dish and hard to make! Well guesse what it really tastes fancy but its easy to make!!! You can use the flanken on a bone or without the bone which makes ie easier to eat!

INGREDIENTS
2 flanken
1 cup duck sauce
4 Tbsp onion soup mix
1 onion sliced
Slice an onion and put on top or bottom of the meat in a baking dish or pan.
Mix duck sauce and onion soup mix together.
Pour over meat.
Cover well and bake on 350F for about 1.5 hours.
