This is a delicious recipe for eggplant dip for shabbos! Tastes yum with fish and challah and is really easy to make!

INGREDIENTS













  • 1 eggplant










  • 1 egg










  • ¾ cup oil










  • 1 tsp sugar










  • ½ tsp salt










  • 2 garlic cloves










  1. Poke a raw egplant with a fork all around.



  2. Broil for 20 min.




  3. Turn it around and broil for another 20 min.



  4. When done cool and peel eggplant.



  5. In a mix, put egg first and let mix for a minute than add sugar and salt, slowly add the oil than add the garlic and eggplant
