INGREDIENTS













  • 1 Ripe Avocado










  • 1 cooked egg










  • 2 scallions (chopped)










  • 1 Tbsp mayonaise










  • 1 salt to taste










  • 1 blk pepper to taste










  • 1 garlic powder to taste










  1. Mash avocado and egg. Mix with rest of ingredients.



  2. Serve with bread, crackers or rice cake.
