For the tuna lovers out there, this is a very easy, great tasting recipe. Usually, tuna steak is very dry, but this marinade gives the steak a wonderful moist taste. It is quick- combine marinade-place in refrigerator-grill and dinner is ready.
4 Tuna Steaks-not too thick
1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tsp Paprika
¼ tsp Black Pepper
⅓ cup Italian Dressing
Combine marinade and pour over tuna steaks. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Heat up a grill pan or frying pan-no oil. Grill steaks 5-7 minutes per side. If you like it well done, just grill a little longer.
