INGREDIENTS

6 Yukon Gold Potatoes

½ cup mayonnaise

4 Tbsp onion soup mix

Preheat oven to 350*F.

Cut potatoes into small cubes and put in 9x13 inch pan.

Mix mayonnaise and onion soup mix.

Pour over potatoes and mix.

Bake uncovered for 2 hours. occasionally mixing around.

I made these for supper the other night. It has a slightly creamier texture than most potatoes - was really good and everyone liked them! and best of all was the quick preparation time!
