Twenty years ago, when asked to volunteer for a tzedaka party by helping out with salad, this one was and still is in demand.
1 red pepper
1 orange pepper
1 yellow pepper
2 sour pickels
1 tsp mustard
1 small purple onion
¼ cup vinegar
1 pinch salt and pepper
½ jar mayonnaise
1 pkg tri colored pasta noodles
½ cup sugar
Cook pasta and drain. Dice all vegetables.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.
Refrigerate overnight for best taste.
