No cookie is actually fat free, but this one at least is better for your diet. I never tried it but on my list.
1 cup splenda
2 tsp vanilla sugar
½ cup ground almonds
¾ cup slivered almonds
1 cup regular white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
½ tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
¾ cup chocolate chips
In a mixer mix the splenda, eggs and vanilla sugar.
Gradually add the remaining ingredients.
With wet hands form two short logs on a lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 350F for 20-30 minutes. Let cool.
Slice. Place on the side on the cookie sheet. Bake for an additional 5 minutes until crisp.
