INGREDIENTS













  • 1 large butternut squash










  • ¼ stick margarine










  • ½ cup non-dairy creamer










  • ½ cup sugar










  • ½ cup flour










  • 3 eggs










  • 2 frozen pie crusts










  1. Cook butternut squash for 1 - 1 1/2 hours, till soft.



  2. Cool and peel off skin, take out the mushy inside (not the seeds).



  3. Mix with the rest of ingredients



  4. Pour into pie crusts.



  5. sprinkle with cinammon and bake on 350 for around 45 minutes or till done.
