This is a classic angel hair pasta that I've been making for the past 12 years. You can add craisins and toasted almonds if you like.
1 lb angel hair pasta
1 (12 oz) bag shredded red cabbage
5 scallions, sliced
⅔ cup olive oil
½ cup sugar
½ cup vinegar
2 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Cook the pasta according to box directions.
Combine all dressing ingredients together.
Toss dressing with the pasta, cabbage and scallions.
