Re:Healthy Muffin or Cookies ok here it goes. 1.5 cups whole wheat flour 1 cup oats 1 egg 3/4 cups brown sugar or regular sugar 1 cup apple or orange juice 2 Tbsp. oil 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla sugar (optional) 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional). spoon and bake as regular muffins 350 till done. enjoy. ...
