	rachel Joined: 12/13/2010 22:09 Posts: 39 I once ate in Pizzazza in London and they had the most delicious "Chili Fries." They were french fries battered in sweet chili. I tried duplicating it but always ended up with soggy fries. Their fries were still crispy. How do they apply the batter?

The owner laughed and told me that he can not share his secret. Maybe someone else has eaten there and has an idea how its made or someone knows the owner and can get you an answer?
