We are a gluten-free household (and dairy/nut/kitniyot free too) and we eat lots of crudite (crispy veggies) with ass't dips. I really enjoy a quick baked/nuked pear or apple with a little GF streusel on top as a treat. cup-a soups are good too; i make a big pot then freeze individual servings that I can pop in to a bowl and reheat real fast in the microwave - healthy, filling and not fatty! |
