	smartcookie Joined: 10/18/2011 04:15 Posts: 29 Just want to double check, in the recipe Crispy chicken fingers printed in the Pesach issue of Ami magazine, there are instructions for Pesach Bread Crumbs. one ingredient says "11/4 cup potato starch". is that 1 1/4 or just 1/4 ? and can I double the recipe or rather do 2 sep batches ?
