Not recipes per say but I need new ideas for food to take with on a flight with kids. Last time I has fruit and the kids didnt eat it. In the airport a dog sniffed the fruit and TSA promptly took it away. Any ideas?

This is tricky! I remember my kids arriving at the destination covered in crumbs, also, and you want them to look nice for Bubbie. Despite that, I would try single-serve bags of chips or maybe a healthy bar like a Larabar. Airport shops often have Larabars or Kind bars, but they're much cheaper in the real world. Also, I discovered recently that LGA has kosher sandwiches and snacks at some Cibo shops. It's overpriced--it's the airport, but it can be a big help. The food is star K, pas yisroel, cholev yisroel.
