I love grilled food. I love the flavor and moistness of the chicken and steaks done on a grill. The problem is with indoor grilling. The george forman is a complete waste of times (though Leah Schapira from the Ami has some great panini ideas for it.) I use a good high quality teflon grill pan. I especially checked up cooks illustrated to get a highly reviewed pan as my old pan was rubbish. The results are just not that good. The chicken recipe I use for outdoor grills comes out way too dry. I never is ready on the inside until it has no moisture left. I try covering the pan but it does not help. Anyone know of any good ideas. |
