I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, and have been advised to avoid night shade veggies. This includes tomatoes. Does anyone have a good sauce for meatballs that is NOT tomato based?

I searched the recipes and found one without tomatoes but it does use bbq sauce. Can you eat bbq sauce?

I think any meat or chicken sauce would work well with meatballs.
Something like this:
