I was wonder if I can use flounder instead of tilapia in the "parve buffalo wings" recipe. I find that tilapia will often have a "fishy" taste. Is there anything to be done to remove that "fishy" taste.

Sometimes, I find that soaking the fish in lemon juice helps take away the fishy smell and taste. Though, I have substituted many times flounder for tilapia in recipes, since my kids like flounder fish much more. The recipes all come out great. I didn't try the pareve buffalo wings yet!

I agree with Cookmama, soaking in lemon juice takes away the fish smell/taste
