For myself, I find that it doesn't make any difference which one I use, as far as the taste. Beer is a great tenderizer for meat and chicken and like you neither of us drink it. I've used Heineken, since that is one name I know. Any one else out there who might be more knowledgable, let us know.

	njmom Joined: 12/13/2010 16:35 Posts: 106 I use miller light. I like using light beer.I think a lighter beer still tenderizing but not as strong taste as full beer. Although you don't taste the beer once it's cooked, so could be it's nonsense and doesn't matter what beer you use.
