	rgc Joined: 02/27/2012 21:57 Posts: 21 I usually make a really good dense marble cheescake(I should really post the recipe...) but now I'm craving something different. A good cheescake...not too light not too dense...with some sort of crunch...some caramel in there would make it perfect... Does anyone have a recipe?

	CookMama Joined: 12/13/2010 19:47 Posts: 59 I posted a delicious cheese cake recipe #1452. It has a nice crunch on the bottom-chocolate chips and the ready caramel sauce is used for the top. You can experiment with different topping. Very easy to prepare and best of all it can be frozen and you never would know it!
