So I realized over Pesach that most of my main preferred fiber sources are chometz or kitniyos. My stomach was not happy. What do you do for fiber on Pesach?

Use whole wheat matzah. The family doesn't taste the difference-in fact it really tastes better- and your stomach will be happy! By the way, I do not usually like whole wheat products at all.

I have the same problem every Pesach. Eating lots of fresh produce really helps. Think salad and fruit. I also keep prunes on hand. The O-U guide usually has a brand that can be purchased at a regular grocery store--these seem more palatable to me than the heimishe brands. I think they are fresher. I agree with Cook Mama that whole wheat matzah tastes better, but it didn't add enough fiber for me.

Pears or apples with the skin on is 4-5 Grams of fiber.
