I don't really miss matza balls. And the gebrokts cakes I've tasted so far aren't any better than my old non-gebrokts cakes. Maybe I'm just tasting the wrong cakes... So, is there something special that gebrokts people eat that the uninitiated just don't know about?

I know some people hold that it's not gebrokts but my father never bought into that theory so we never had it. Not on pesach at least. Matzah and milk? Huh?
