Has anyone got any great ideas for breakfast...i absolutely can't get through the day without starting my day with breakfast.... just remember, i've two issues with it!!!
1. I LOVE my bed (who doesn't!!!) and start work at the crack of dawn(well almost!!) and i don't have time to prepare anything...
2. I'm allergic to wheat and milk!!(there goes all the great wheatabix and milk ideas!!)
Best ideas are things i can grab on my way out the door to eat at my desk at work...at the mo i eat rice cakes or corn cakes every day but i'm starting to feel like i'm starting my day with cardboard!!!!
thanks in advance!!(i have full faith you're all gonna brainstorm for a poor soul in search of enrichment in ideas!!!)

Boy I don't envy you.
I thought and thought and the only recipe I came up with is Recipe #798. Its gluten free waffles. You can make them one night, and freeze them individually. Then pop one out, stick it in the toaster and you'll have fresh breakfast.
Ziporah who gave the waffle recipe also has non dairy smoothie Recipe #799 .

What about fruit? You can cut up a bunch of fruit and prepare them in plastic disposable containers. Fruit lasts a week and there are so many.

How about adding a hard boiled egg with the rice cakes and fruit like suggested. That would give you a better balanced breakfast. You can also grab an energy bar that doesn't have wheat in it. I'm sure the health food store sells them. Good Luck-eat breakfast-it keeps your energy up for the day!

Half a grapefruit works for me. Very refreshing, filling and most of all dietetic! - You can also try supremed grapefruit (check out the video on the blog).
