On the side of the recipe are conversions tool that you can convert kilo to pounds. It's not possible to convert kilograms to cups because it depends on the density of the ingredient.
But I can do it for you If you have a scale I would weigh the flour the first time.
Dough:
Adjust as needed
3.30 lb flour - roughly a kilo is 7 cups of flour so 1 1/2 kilo would be 101/2 cups give or take.
3 (4oz) sticks of margarine
8.47 oz sugar (about 1 cup)
a drop less than 2 oz yeast
I wouldn't add all the flour right away. But add the flour as you mix with the rest of ingredients until it seems like enough. |
