The Debut of Secret Restaurant Recipes

Written by Leah Schapira on Tuesday, 11 November 2014. Posted in News Updates

Those of you who are long time members of Cookkosher.com already know about our obsession with restaurant recipes. There’s something about discovering the secret behind the dish you ate and loved that’s so intriguing...especially when that secret is tucked away behind the swinging doors of an action-packed commercial kitchen.

But I wasn’t content to just discover one secret every so often.

I wanted secrets from all the top kosher restaurants. So, for the past year, Victoria and I picked the brains of the kosher chefs of the world’s top kosher restaurants. We visited them in their kitchens and saw how they perform their magic.

And we uncovered a lot of secrets. A lot.

And they’ll all compiled into this book:

Sometimes, it only takes a simple technique to deliver a great dish. We shared lots of cool techniques with you in the beginning of the book.

On each recipe, you’ll read about the featured restaurant, ogle at the gorgeous photo, and then turn the page for the recipe, along with more notes and tips along the side of the page...yes, we come and chat with you in this book too.

Which restaurants and chefs are in this book? To name a few….

The book is available NOW through Artscroll.com, or for pre-order on Amazon, and will be in bookstores on November 14th. Some of you were able to nab a pre-release copy at our Kosherfest book signing...it was so nice to meet all of you and I hope you enjoy it so much!
