If you could close your eyes and dream of the perfect night, what would it be? Who would you share it with? A small gathering of your closest family and friends? What would you wear? A ballgown? And what would you want to eat?

One family celebrated their parent’s 40th anniversary at this stunning and intimate affair befitting a king and queen.
The dining room was created by a canopy of white draping, hung special for the event. Black chandeliers were also strung on the ceiling to add drama on high.
Black and white continued onto the bar and throughout the venue, where family members could sit with a drink before the onset of the meal.
And what a meal it was!
The first course was a fish trio of miso glazed chilean sea bass, tuna with tempura flake and wasabi foam, and Scottish salmon carpaccio with chile chive oil.
And then, of course, the palate cleanser: pineapple gelato with micro mint and a limoncello shooter. There’s also mango noodles with shaved coconut on the plate.
The main course included duck confit, short rib osso bucco, and Long Island duckling with pickled watermelon salad.
And then dessert.
No, you’re not alone. We wish we were there too.
