    Terrific! Well done! I'm really excited to try out this recipe next week for my family. Love the fact that I don't need a mixer. I even went out a bought a candy thermometer so that I can get the oil at a perfect temperature and to make sure the donuts come out looking as good as in this great video. Thanks cookkosher.

    I made them with my kitchenaid mixer and it made it even easier. I didn't even bother rolling them out, just pulled them from the bowl and made balls. I also bought custard filling, filled a restaurant style ketchup container with a pointy tip and used it to fill the balls. We have a deep fryer which also worked really nicely. I melted some pareve chocolate and dipped them in. My family thought they looked professional! They froze really well, just finished the last of them a week after Chanuka!
