Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Cookie
1 3/4 cups of flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup Schneider's Dellinut Hazelnut Chocolate Spread (Available at Rockland Kosher)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 bag chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips in a mixer. Mix until a dough forms. Add Chocolate chips and mix until combined. In a bowl or plate pour another 1/2-1 cup of regular sugar. Take a walnut size piece of dough, and roll it to form a ball. Roll it in the sugar and then place it onto a cookie sheet. Continue rolling dough into balls and into sugar. Do not place cookies to close together, because they will spread apart while baking. Bake for 11 minutes. Allow to cool.
