i just found out my child is allergic to eggs and peanuts. anyone have easy, delicious recipes for me to use for cookies, cakes, cutlets, and breakfast ideas, please??

Might be too late to reply. My neighbor keeps cookie dough in the refrigerator a whole week. She makes it on Friday. Bakes some cookies and then refrigerates it for the next friday to bake the rest. Personally I would freeze it in balls for the next time I need it.

I suspect no... I made a cookie dough about a week ago but it was a bit of a last-minute thing while other stuff was going on around the house/life so I didn't have time to bake it all. I baked two trays and shoved the rest of the dough into the fridge for "later." The dough included an egg. Later hasn't happened yet. Taking it as a given that the cookies will be baked thoroughly in any case, how long is it still OK to keep cookie dough in the fridge?

Overtime, is there an alternative to Rich Whip if you don't use raw eggs? Just curious. I'm neither for nor against it. I'm sure it's chemical garbage but whatever. I don't know, the creaminess has to come from somewhere and if it won't be milk or eggs and I think soy is kitniyos... what's left? Aidel, that sounds nice n easy! Maybe will try one of these days! The No-egg ice cream #4905 seems pretty similar just with quantities. And cookies, which I guess you could omit for Pesach, though I bet they add a lot. Cookies and cream makes sense to me and also sounds pretty tasteless. It's basically whipped cream with cookies. Bleargh. But sense, yes - if you whip something and freeze it you can pass it off as a parve ice cream. The kind that I DON"T want to eat. I guess the cookies are there to mask the taste, or lack of taste, whichever. (and 18 hours has GOT to be a typo. Or the contributor needs a new freezer)
