This a great tasty dinner dish when for when you don't want to "patchka" but want something delicious. Also perfect for Shabbos.
6 Chicken bottoms
2 cup cornflake crumbs
1 cup mayo
1½ tsp soy sauce
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup duck sauce
4 Tbsp sesame seeds
Remove the skin from chicken
Coat chicken in mayo and then in cornflake crumbs
Bake at 350*, covered, for 1 1/2 hours
Mix remaining ingredients
Remove chicken from oven, and POUR A TEASPOON OF SAUCE over each piece of chicken to glaze it.
Bake at 350*, uncovered, for an additional 1/2 hour
