
This is a great sauce that you pour over the salmon. After letting the salmon marinate in the sauce for a half hour, just bake it for 20 minutes or so and wallah!!- a great and easy dish. I make extra sauce so I could pour it over the bed of pasta or mashed potatoes that I serve the fish with. Check out my pix- this is the salmon on mashed potatoes. (I sprinkled some sesame seeds for a twist!)

Combine the ketchup, brwon sugar and teriyaki sauce together.
Pour over the salmon and let it mrinate for a half hour.
Bake salmon slices for 20 minutes of 350 degrees F.
