Easy all in one recipe. You can also do it in individual pie crusts.
1 9'' pie crust
1 pack fresh pastrami, chopped
2 chicken breasts, thinned
- cooked mashed potatoes
- Dried onion flakes
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
3 Tbsp ketchup
3 Tbsp mustard
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp apricot jam
- salt and black pepper to taste
Place chopped pastrami into the pie crust, covering the bottom.
Mix dressing ingredients and dip cutlets to coat. Place on top of pastrami and fully cover.
Mash the potatoes . Place on top of cutlets and flatten to cover. Sprinkle dried onion flakes on top. Cover and bake on 350 for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for additional 15 minutes.
For mini pie crusts: bake on 350 covered for 40 minutes, uncover and bake an additional 10-15 minutes.
