to make these fries "fat free" use cooking spray, it tastes the same!
1 butternut squash
- kosher salt
Cut the butternut squash into large french fries slices (they shrink a bit). Toss in oil to coat.
Place parchment paper onto a cookie sheet, and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the squash onto wire rack. Sprinkle with kosher salt.
Bake on 400 for 40-55 minutes.
