Orchidea is a really great dairy restaurant in Brooklyn NY. This recipe was published in a weekly magazine I subscribe to.
1 (6 oz) sea bass
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp mustard
- salt and pepper, to taste
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
Coat the sea bass lightly with salt, pepper and paprika. Brush with olive oil and grill on both sides until slightly brown. Place grilled sea bass in an oiled pan.
Mix the honey, mustard, brown sugar and salt and pepper.
Coat the sea bass with the honey mustard sauce.
Cover pan and place in the oven. Cook until tender. Drizzle soy sauce on top.
Saute over sauteed vegetables with mashed or sweet potatoes on the side.
