Delicious and easy lunch that the entire family will enjoy!
1 cup warm water
2½ tsp dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp oil
2½ cup flour
Combine water and yeast.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well adding more flour if necessary.
Let it rise for 5 minutes.
Divide the dough in to 2 or 3 pieces -depending on how big or small you want you calzone to be.
Shape your dough into a diamond shape and fill the center with cheese and any vegetables you like (tomatoes, onions...)
Your calzone has four corners. Bring any two corners together leaving the other two corners open.
Bake at 350F till you calzone turns a golden brown.
