INGREDIENTS













  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce










  • ½ can crushed pineapple










  • 1½ cup Bob's Red Mill gluten-free oats










  • 1 cup brown sugar










  • ¾ cup oil or applesauce










  • 1½ cup gluten-free flour mix










  • 1 tsp xanthum gum










  • ¼ tsp baking soda










  • ⅛ tsp salt










  1. For crust, combine the gluten-free oats, brown sugar, oil/applesauce, gluten-free flour, xanthum gum, baking soda, and salt.



  2. For filling, mix together cranberry sauce, pineapple, and a pinch of salt.



  3. Place half of the crust mixture at the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Top with the filling. Then place the rest of the crust mixture on top.



  4. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
