This is one of those "I threw it together" kind of recipes that is now a go-to every other Shabbat!
1 bag frozen, cut green beans
1 package sliced baby portobello mushrooms
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp dried, minced onions
Put the green beans, olive oil, mushrooms, minced onions, and a bit of salt and pepper in a dish, and toss to coat.
Bake in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for about 30 minutes. I always eyeball it, but you'll be able to tell when it's done.
