A delicious, healthy main course that is so easy to prepare.
4 Tilapia Fillets
2 oz Olive Oil
2 pinch Cajun spice
12 fresh mushrooms
1 small onion
Coat a 9x13 pan with half the oil. Cut mushrooms in half and place in pan. Cut onions into rings and spread over mushrooms. Sprinkle the onions and mushrooms with Cajun seasoning.
Top with a single layer of fish and drizzle with remaining oil and more Cajun seasoning.
Bake at 400F degrees for 15-20 minutes
