This is a favorite cake in my family from when I was a young girl. It can be served frozen and will defrost quickly when cut up.
8 eggs - seperated
1½ cup sugar
¾ cup cake meal (very fine matzoh meal)
3 Tbsp Cocoa
¼ cup sweet red wine
¼ cup orange juice
Separate the eggs. Beat the whites into a snow.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Fold the yolk mixture into the beaten whites.
Pour into bundt pan or 9x13.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour
