INGREDIENTS













  • - Ice Cream Base:










  • 16 oz non dairy whip










  • ½ cup sugar










  • 4 eggs










  • 1 tsp vanilla extract










  • - Peanut Butter Ripple:










  • 1¼ cup confectioners sugar










  • 1 cup peanut butter










  • ¼ cup margarine










  • 1 tsp vanilla extract










  1. Mix the peanut butter ripple together.



  2. In a mixer, beat the non dairy whip until it is stiff. Add the sugar and beat until it is incorporated. Add the eggs, one at a time, then the vanilla extract.



  3. Mix in the peanut butter ripple, briefly, until it is swirled through the ice cream about 3 seconds.

I made this in an Ice cream cake - I crumbled chocolate cake on the bottom, added in this delicious ice cream, and topped with chocolate syrup. The ice cream was super sweet, so next time I will probably use a little less sugar.
YUMM!
