In a mixer, beat the non dairy whip until it is stiff. Add the sugar and beat until it is incorporated. Add the eggs, one at a time, then the vanilla extract.
Mix in the peanut butter ripple, briefly, until it is swirled through the ice cream about 3 seconds.
I made this in an Ice cream cake - I crumbled chocolate cake on the bottom, added in this delicious ice cream, and topped with chocolate syrup. The ice cream was super sweet, so next time I will probably use a little less sugar.
