INGREDIENTS













  • 6 salmon fillets










  • 2 oz sesame seeds










  • ½ cup soy sauce










  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar










  • 2 Tbsp sugar










  • 1 tsp ginger










  • 2 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 2 tsp water










  • 2 cloves garlic










  1. Heat honey until warm.



  2. Brush warm honey on top and sides of salmon.



  3. Dip into sesame seeds to coat.



  4. In saucepan mix water soy sauce, brown sugar, sugar, garlic and ginger. Bring to boil, stir in cornstarch. Coat salmon in sauce and pan fry.
