
This is the most requested recipe. Every year Shavous time, I get a slew of phone calls to request the recipe again. Now I can refer them to the website.( Prep time is waiting time.) Freezes well. Bake it 3/4 and reheat it.

INGREDIENTS
- Dough:
200 gram margarine or butter
2½ cup self rising flour (a small osem flour)
250 gram sour cream or leben
- Filling:
3 9% or 5% cheese
250 gram salty cheese - like Bulgarian
250 gram yellow grated cheese
1 tsp sugar
3 eggs
3 Tbsp flour
- Egg Wash- egg and sesame seeds
Dough: Mix the margarine or butter with the flour and sour cream. (It will yield a sticky dough). Wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours.
Filling: Combine all ingredients together.
Divide dough in half. Roll out half the dough and place in a round pan. Pour the filling onto the dough. Roll out second part of the dough. Press on top of the filling. Cut off extra dough on the edges.
Brush egg on the dough. Sprinkle liberally with sesame seeds. Serve hot or room temperature.
