INGREDIENTS

3 potatoes

3 eggs

3-4 oz oil

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

Combine all ingredients, except potatoes. Process potatoes and add to mixtures; mix well. Place in a small round pan OR in a small square pan. Bake on 400F for 1-1/2 to 1 hour and 45 minutes.

I make this as my Erev Shabbos kugel now :) i just add an onion to the mixture! really yummy! and so easy to make!

new go-to potato kugel recipe!

I'm so happy to have found a potato kugel recipe that's quick and easy!! Barely any mess to prep and everyone loved it! Might add onion or mushrooms next time but a fantastic "go-to" recipe! Thanks for sharing it!

This is the first potato kugel my kids ever liked. I have tried so many Potato kugels and no one ever liked them. This one they LOVED!

It was also easy enough to make that my 11 yr old son could do it himself.
